She launched various lead magnets: calculators, cheat sheets, the full catalog of &#8220;download this free thing&#8221; offers.<\/p><p><b>Two years of trial and error. Five figures invested into courses, ad budget, and services.<\/b><b><\/b><\/p><p>The leads came in cheap. Ads went live.<\/p><p>Average cost per lead: <b>\u20ac19.76<\/b>.<\/p><p>If you had shown me that number in 2023 when we were getting \u20ac3.59 leads, I would have panicked.<\/p><p>But here&#8217;s what was different:<\/p><p><b>5-day sales cycle from webinar to close.<\/b><b><\/b><\/p><p>~700 leads per launch. \u20ac2,500 average contract value. People who showed up actually bought.<\/p><p>By the end of Q2 results (full quarter after launch), the average CPL settled at <b>\u20ac20.01<\/b>.<\/p><p><b>408% ROAS.<\/b><b><\/b><\/p><p>Initial strategy and creative investment recouped in month one.<\/p><p>This is the part most case studies skip, so I&#8217;m going to say it directly:<\/p><p><b>Even with 4x ROAS, lead cost can still mess with your head.<\/b><b><\/b><\/p><p>It happened here too. When you&#8217;re used to seeing \u20ac3.59 in the dashboard, \u20ac20 feels expensive. Your brain screams &#8220;optimize this down.&#8221;<\/p><p>But that&#8217;s the wrong game.<\/p><p>\u20ac3.59 leads that don&#8217;t buy are infinitely more expensive than \u20ac20 leads that close in 5 days.<\/p><p>This is exactly why we push the Protocol first.
