Case study · Andrea Randt

Seven years working together. Two seven-figure businesses. In her own words, partly my doing.

In 2019 Andrea Randt did not want a strategy phase. She wanted someone to run her ads without burning budget. That is what I did until 2025, when she paused the ads. What mechanism grew out of those years, and what the work felt like from her side, is on this page. The numbers she states herself.

Before · Context

When the referral engine sputters.

Andrea had a business that worked. People recommended her. Her content brought attention. Leads came in. But it was fragile.

If referrals slowed, the pipeline got shaky. And the only lever that could be scaled was a free lead magnet. It filled the funnel, but it pulled in too many people who wanted to download, not decide.

She had been working with a freelance media buyer, and that worked, until the freelancer stopped freelancing, and that exact moment raised the question nobody had asked before: how do you get buyers with intent on purpose instead of by luck?

Andrea did not want a strategy phase or persona workshops. She wanted to know which digital sales formats work for others, and someone to run campaigns without burning ad budget.

From 2019 I ran her Meta ads on a monthly retainer: structured execution with feedback loops built in, measured week by week. The foundation I now build before the first euro did not exist yet. It grew out of the years with Andrea.

The real blocker

Andrea needed the right buyers, not a longer lead list.

Andrea needed a repeatable system that attracts buyers who decide on offers between EUR 4,000 and 15,000 without the sales cycle dragging on for months. Intent over volume, a shorter sales cycle, and a pipeline that does not hang on her posting cadence or her network.

We started by running ads to the free lead magnet. Volume came. Intent did not. The messages came from what we thought was right, not from what her best customers would have said. We corrected that over years of structured testing, format by format, and it took longer than it would with the foundation I build today.

What was built

The breakthrough came when we stopped asking strangers for trust.

The mechanism that stayed: ask strangers for a small commitment instead of for trust. Three building blocks.

Block 1 · Short videos, always on

Speak to the specific problem the viewer has.

An always-on campaign with short videos that speak to specific problems of her buyers and present no product. Watch time was the signal: whoever watched was saying "this is about me".

Block 2 · Retarget viewers with a EUR 98 mini-offer

Filter for intent with a small commitment.

Instead of another free PDF, a EUR 98 mini-offer. That one switch did two things at once: it filtered out the window shoppers, and it set the value ladder on which the high-ticket offer is the logical next step.

Block 3 · A fixed testing rhythm

New reels every month. Campaigns reviewed every week. The funnel every quarter.

This rhythm existed from day one. With the first two blocks underneath it, it started to compound: every test built on the last, instead of guessing afresh.

The turning point

Six weeks after the mini-offer launched, the conversations changed.

Within six weeks of launching the mini-offer, Andrea was selling more than ever before. Whoever booked a sales call now had already consumed content, recognised their own problem and spent money. These people were not "just looking". That is a completely different sales conversation.

What came of it, Andrea says herself, below, in her words. There is no revenue figure from my arithmetic here, because her revenue runs through her own tracking, not through my ad account. What I measure is the path from the ad to the booking.

The outcome

What changed, in her words.

The most important number on this page Andrea states herself, in her video: two seven-figure businesses, and that this is partly my doing. What changed in the work:

  • The conversations changed. Whoever came through the mini-offer was pre-qualified and had already invested, and no longer needed weeks of nurturing.
  • The leads were more fun to work with. Andrea's words. When people pay to enter your funnel, they show up differently. They are invested.
  • Andrea could build a team for sales. The funnel did the heavy lifting, her team closed.
  • Customers bought again. For someone who enters through a value ladder, the next offer is the natural step.
"I have been working with Robert from Easy Online Ads for seven years now. Two seven-figure businesses by now, and it is also Robert's doing that we have grown so immensely. I get a report every week, totally reliable, clear in what it says, total transparency in the numbers, and in a way that anyone understands who is not that into numbers." Andrea Randt, business mentor, in her video (her words, translated)

The weekly report in the quote exists with me today as a dashboard that needs no manual update, plus one update video and one call a month. Seven years, until Andrea paused the ads in 2025. I am proud of the result. That the mechanism took years to stand is the reason I now build the foundation before the first euro.

What follows for you

A small commitment says more than a thousand downloads.

Andrea's business is coaching, and the mechanism behind it fits any company that sells through a sales call: ask strangers for trust and you get downloads. Ask them for a small commitment and you get buyers who have already decided before sales calls them.

The second lesson is on every page of this site: what grew out of years of structured testing with Andrea, I now build with the No Guesswork Growth Protocol before the first euro, from interviews with the best customers. I offer it to everyone, but it is not a prerequisite. Without the No Guesswork Growth Protocol you supply the message, and I build the tracking, the testing rhythm and the value ladder around it, as with Andrea.

Your move

If your funnel delivers downloads and your sales team needs buyers, let's talk.

Up to 45 minutes. We qualify fit and work out where the small commitment could sit in your case, even if you then hire someone else.
